Q. I live in the continental USA and want my order shipped via US Postal Service, will you do this?

A. While we like to accomodate our customers request, one of the most important aspects of our business is getting the product to you in a timely manner with no product damage. For this reason we only use UPS services when possible. They offer better tracking, more package size options, and in our opinion, better service than the US Postal Service. Therefore we do not offer USPS services for the lower 48 states.

Q. Can I have my order shipped using my own UPS account number?

A. Our shipping system is not currently designed for shipping using a customers UPS account, therefore we are not able to ship using your account at this time.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order if I choose UPS Ground for a shipping service?

A. Please use the map below to determine the number of days in transit. **NOTE: This does not account for processing time, please add 1 to 2 business days for processing.**
