Returns | Refund Policy
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt of the item. Our return policy is subject to the following limitations:
- Custom cut items and sizes may not be returned unless they do not meet the sizes quoted or the size tolerances.
- Intital and return shipping charges are the responsibilty of the customer.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they are received.
- Customer must call 417-967-8290 and get a Return Authorization Number before returning item.
- For exchanges customer is responsible for any difference in price and additional shipping charges for new item to be shipped.
