ABS Sheet (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

ABS Sheet is generally used in thermoforming applications where good formability along with a nice cosmetic appearance are desired. Its impact resistance and it's haircell-textured surface makes it a good choice for applications where a structural cosmetic faceplate is desired. It is often used as panel inserts in audio/visual component applications due to its inherent scratch resistant surface.

ABS can be cut with standard hand held power tools and line bent with standard heat strips. ABS can be adhered to itself and other like plastics using weld-on adhesives.
