Expanded Aluminum Sheet                                             Expanded Aluminum Sheet  is made from aluminum plates or sheets that are simultaneously slit and expanded in a cold drawn operation to form diamond shaped openings of uniform size and thickness. This increases the overall thickness of the sheet, but further processing can "flatten" the sheet for applications requiring flatness tolerances.
